Backed by more than 25 years of experience in construction, Manish Pallicha, the visionary behind Paintora, has played a defining role in transforming the housing landscape of Mumbai’s western suburbs. Over the years, he has personally overseen the restoration of more than 300 housing societies, earning enduring trust among cooperative housing societies. His expertise in society-focused restoration works and his commitment to sustainable urban growth have helped establish Paintora as a recognised and reliable brand in the construction industry.
Since 1999, under the leadership of Manish Pallicha, Paintora has evolved from a trusted Restoration Specialist into a comprehensive Redevelopment and Construction Company celebrated for its craftsmanship, quality, and trust.

Jhanvi Pallicha
Jhanvi Pallicha represents the next chapter of Paintora and is dedicated to carrying forward the legacy her father built - one rooted in trust, quality craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to community living. With a foundation in business and an eye for design shaped by her experience in fashion, she brings a refreshing blend of creativity, structure, and aesthetic sensitivity to the real estate space.
Jhanvi believes that thoughtful design and purposeful construction go hand in hand, and she is passionate about shaping living spaces that feel refined, functional, and human-centered. Her vision is to strengthen Paintora’s legacy while expanding its creative and strategic horizons, ensuring every project reflects innovation, integrity, and the elevated experiences the brand stands for.

from Restoration to Redevelopment
Paintora’s journey began in 1999 with the project Evlil at Orlem, Malad as a painting contractor. Soon under the visionary leadership of Manish Pallicha, the company steadily expanded its capabilities, evolving into a full-fledged turnkey construction company executing contracts for constructing R.C.C. buildings with all the major finishing works. In the years that followed, Paintora ventured into large-scale restoration projects for cooperative housing societies, executing more than 300 society restorations across Mumbai’s western suburbs. This consistent performance earned the company recognition as a Premium Restoration Contractor for consecutive years from leading industry names such as Asian Paints, AkzoNobel, and Kansai Nerolac - an acknowledgment of its dedication to delivering Quality Civil Solutions and established as a reliable Restoration Contractor in the housing societies segment.
After two decades of succesful journey in the restoration segment, Paintora entered a new chapter in 2022 by stepping into Redevelopment with its flagship project, Paintora’s Rajeshwari. The successful completion of this project in 2024 marked a significant milestone and paved the way for the launch of its next prestigious developments - Paintora’s Shree Varadvinayak Tower in 2024 and Paintora’s Brahma Tower in 2025. Today, with many more redevelopment projects on the horizon, Paintora continues to build on its legacy of craftsmanship, trust, and community-focused growth.
